Students & Parents

Why does my child need a career coach?

You’ve invested in tutors, test prep, and educational consultants to help your child get into college, but launching a career is just as complex. Most students have no idea how to navigate the job market, and they’re not being taught how. I help them gain clarity, strategy, and confidence so they can move forward with direction, not confusion.

My child is in high school. Can you help them?

Yes. I occasionally work with high school juniors and seniors who are serious about building a future in fashion, beauty, or other creative fields. Sessions focus on early exposure, resume-building, and making strong choices now to set them up for later success.

Can parents sit in on coaching sessions?

No. For coaching to work, students need to speak openly and take ownership of their path. Just like you wouldn’t sit in on a job interview, you shouldn’t join their coaching session. Trust the process and offer support from the sidelines.

What if my child isn’t motivated?

Many students come to me feeling unsure, discouraged, or overwhelmed. That’s normal. My job is to meet them where they are and help them find clarity and confidence; motivation often follows once they have a plan they believe in.

New Grads

I just graduated and can’t get a full-time job. Can you help?

Yes — this is exactly what I specialize in. If you’ve been applying but not hearing back, stuck in retail or side jobs, or unsure what direction to take, I’ll help you assess what’s not working and build a real strategy to land a job that excites you.

What if I don’t know where to start?

That’s more common than you think. I recommend my Catalyst program if you’re feeling stuck or lost, it’s designed to build clarity, confidence, and momentum. If you’re not ready to commit, book a 60-Minute Coaching Session to talk things through and take your first step.

Yes. Whether you’re underutilized, unsure how to move up, or feeling misaligned with your current role, I’ll help you clarify what’s next and support you through the transition, whether it’s a pivot, a promotion, or something in between.

Do you work with professionals who have full-time experience?

Definitely. While many of my clients are students and new grads, I also support professionals with 3–10+ years of experience who are navigating change, burnout, or growth in creative industries.

What if I’m not ready for a full program?

That’s okay. You can book a 60-Minute Session to get personalized support, ask questions, and walk away with clarity and next steps.

Career Pivoters

Can you help me switch industries?

Absolutely. Many of my clients come from corporate, academic, or unrelated backgrounds and want to move into fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or creative marketing. I’ll help you identify your transferable skills, refine your story, and position yourself as a strong candidate — even if your resume says otherwise.

Will I have to start over?

Not necessarily. Pivoting doesn’t mean going back to square one. Together, we’ll figure out how to reposition your experience so you can move into a new space with confidence (and without taking a huge step backward).

What if I’m not sure what I want to do next?

That’s exactly what coaching is for. I’ll help you unpack your interests, skills, and goals to uncover career paths that align, then we’ll make a real plan to explore or pursue them.

General Q’s

How are sessions conducted? Do you meet in person?

All sessions are held on Zoom. You’ll receive a link in your calendar invite after booking. We’ll meet “face-to-face” virtually and can screen share to make real-time edits. I do not offer in-person sessions.

What will we talk about during my session?

That depends on your needs. Once you book, I’ll ask what’s most pressing and we’ll tailor the session to tackle those challenges and get you moving forward.

Do you place clients in internships or jobs?

I don’t offer formal placement services. That said, many of my long-term clients have landed roles through referrals, and I run FreeFashionInternships.com, a trusted platform used by top brands.

Can I reschedule if something comes up?

Sessions are non-refundable once booked. However, you may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. Services must be used within 30 days of purchase.
